What if our children have other ideas?
That is part of family life. We give them time, follow their curiosity and gently adapt the session around them.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast and stay in touch. If conditions would make the session uncomfortable or unsafe, we will agree another plan together.
How do we choose a place?
We recommend somewhere that suits your family, the season and the experience you would enjoy, considering light, tides and accessibility.
What should we wear?
We will help you choose clothes that feel like you, work comfortably together and sit beautifully within the landscape.
When are sessions available?
Every Family Story is photographed by both Danny and Annie, so dates are limited. Tell us the dates you have in mind and we will find a time together.
Where in Cornwall do you photograph?
We are based in Falmouth and photograph families throughout Cornwall. For locations farther afield, we include travel time in your quote and agree it with you before booking.
Do you photograph families outside Cornwall?
Yes. Tell us where you would like to be photographed and we can talk through the dates, travel and a custom quote.
How much does a family photography session cost?
The Family Story is £300. It includes 90–120 minutes together and your edited high-resolution photographs in a private online gallery. Prints are available separately, and travel time for farther locations is quoted in advance.
Can we book a longer family session?
Yes. Tell us what you are imagining and we can plan a longer session or something different, with a custom quote.
How do we book and pay?
Get in touch with your preferred dates. Once we have agreed a date, we will send you an invoice. Your booking is confirmed when it is paid.
